Stacked Cakes

In December I took a one night class to learn how to stack cakes. I now know how to create stacked cakes and tiered!

Top layer chocolate with chocolate filling, bottom layer white cake with chocolate filling - both with vanilla buttercream

Jennifer's Tiffany's Bridal Shower

My sister in law requested a Tiffany & Co. themed bridal shower. What is the first thing you think of when you here Tiffany & Co.? The little blue box of course! That was my inspiration for the cake. The cake was white cake with chocolate fudge filling and vanilla buttercream. The bow was fondant.

The cake - four layers

The entire display at the shower - many cupcakes were wrapped to take!
The cupcakes were champagne cupcakes with vanilla buttercream.

Cookie Bouquets

Sugar cookie bouquets can be made with any type of cookie cut outs. I like to use either royal icing or buttercream on the cookies. The following are cookies made for my students and teammates for Christmas.

Cookies can be placed in any container and wrapped together or separately.

Each of these cookies were wrapped separate with a ribbon and a note that said, "You're so bright, you light up my life!"

Cupcakes!

Image Transfers

I can take any image and transfer it onto the cake. Think coloring pages, logos and teams!

This cake was for my school's back to school fundraiser.
